A House with History
Our Victorian house has been part of this corner of Falmouth for almost 200 years. Local rumour has it that the building may once have been connected to an old brewery, and it is thought to have been one of the earliest farmhouses on the road — standing here long before the street and neighbouring houses were built, when the area was still surrounded by open fields.
The Space at a Glance
The property includes the main period house and a separate self-contained flat. The main house sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms, while the annex offers a cosy and private apartment space for 2. They can be booked separately or together on request, allowing up to 8 guests to stay across the whole property.
Falmouth town centre is around a 10-minute walk away, the beach around 15 minutes, and the train station also around 15 minutes on foot, making it a convenient base for guests arriving without a car. Parking is included in a nearby council car park, just a short walk from the house.
